  1. Deliver consistent, timely, accurate, high quality and insightful financial reports to facilitate and support decision making.
  2. Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts for each month including detailed performance analysis of the monthly package.

  4. Perform variance analysis and trend analysis to show key movements from Budgets, Forecasts and Prior Year.

  7. Issue customer invoices on online tax portal based on commercial department request.

  10. Reviewing and matching payments with customer's invoices.

Health & Safety Section Head

  1. Developing and leading the implementation and promotion of a Health and safety culture across the organization through the provision and development of Health and safety policies and procedures, including risk assessment, accident prevention, health initiatives and acknowledged personal responsibility.
  2. Facilitating the maintenance and management of occupational health, safety and well-being through HSE systems.
  3. Advising on matters relating to Health and Safety at work, including the obligations and responsibilities of managers and employees; and provide comprehensive and practical advice to technical and line managers on best practice.
  4. In coordination with the Training and Development Department, deliver comprehensive Health and Safety training to promote, develop and sustain a positive Health and Safety awareness culture.
